Turnkey project to execute of construct and finishing 15 luxury residential villas, with Engineering, procurement, Concrete foundation, construction, installation, and commissioning.
The design has been tailored to exceed the client’s expectations by being layered sleek and dynamic. The modern minimalist architecture of the villa has been enhanced with rich textures and feels of the fabrics and the warm and bright tones of the gold metal that highlights the main areas of the open space ground floor It has accents of natural stones in key areas such as the waterfall entrance and the tv panel. Specific focus has been dedicated on the client’s most sensitive rooms such the kid’s bedrooms and the cinema room. The villa is now effortlessly elegant, contemporary and relaxing.
