Diplomatic District – New Administrative Capital
Description
The Embassies District is a multi-building master-plan project, in which sustainable design strives to create not only a dynamic experience between two architectural elements, but also positions itself to fashion an enlivened pedestrian experience with a comfortable interior and exterior microclimate for users.
Over 7 KM extends the new embassies district in the new administrative capital, which is supposed to gather all embassies that located in Cairo and Giza. Also, the new embassies district will guarantee an additional layer of security for such embassies and it will eliminate the crowd of Cairo and Giza.
Scope of work
Turnkey project to execute of construct and finishing some luxury residential villas, with Engineering, procurement, Concrete foundation, construction, installation, and commissioning.
