ChemTech International is one of Egypt’s leading shareholding companies, acting as an agent and distributor for international manufacturers of industrial chemicals and related equipment. With the continuous growth of Egypt’s industrial sector, ChemTech required a modern warehouse facility that could store sensitive chemical products and industrial equipment in a safe, controlled environment.
To meet this need, Delta Contracting (Eng. Ali Hamdy & Co.) was selected to design, engineer, fabricate, and construct a turnkey steel warehouse in the Ismailia Free Zone, Egypt. Completed in 2023, the warehouse covers a total area of 861 m² and represents another milestone in Delta Contracting’s growing portfolio of industrial construction projects.
The entire project was delivered by Delta Contracting, who acted not only as the contractor but also as the consultant, providing full oversight and project management. This ensured that the warehouse was completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest international standards.
Delta’s scope included every phase of the warehouse lifecycle:
Design & Engineering – Developing custom plans for a steel structure tailored to ChemTech’s storage requirements.
