ShengDa Egypt International Textile Factory
ShengDa Egypt is a Chinese-owned factory located in the Public Free Zone, Ismailia. Established in Egypt in 2019, the company has become a trusted manufacturer and supplier of fashion accessories textiles for more than four years. ShengDa Egypt is relied upon by some of the world’s most recognized brands including Walmart, Target, GAP, Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein.
The factory’s production covers a wide range of apparel accessories such as socks, beanies, magic gloves, and scarves, offered in multiple styles and designs to meet global market demands.
Scope of Work
Phase I & II Construction
- Construction of a warehouse and administration building with a total area of 861 sqm
- Development of factory fence and boundary works
- Full supply of labor, supervision, tools, and equipment
Engineering & Steel Structure
- Design, engineering, and supply of a complete steel structure
- Fabrication and field erection of structural components
- Hauling, receiving, handling, and unloading of materials
Installation & Quality Assurance
- Field installation and construction of all facilities
- Warehousing, assembly, and fit-out works
- Testing, evaluation, and quality assurance procedures
- Delivery of a state-of-the-art textile manufacturing plant
